Organize PDF
Reorder, rotate, and delete PDF pages in a visual page grid. Your file is processed locally in your browser, without uploading it.
Your files stay on your device. Processing happens locally in your browser — nothing is uploaded.
How to organize PDF pages
- Select your PDF — drag it into the drop zone or click to browse.
- Use Move earlier or Move later on each page to change its position in the grid.
- Rotate or delete individual pages as needed.
- Apply the changes and download the reorganized PDF.
Why local processing?
Organize PDF processes your file inside your browser, on your own device. Your document is not uploaded to our servers. The browser may download code needed to run the tool, but those requests do not contain your file.
Check it yourself: open your browser’s network tab while a file is being processed — your document never appears in any request.
Frequently asked questions
- Is my PDF uploaded while I reorganize it?
- No. The page grid, the reordering, and the final save all happen in your browser — the file stays on your device from start to finish. Watch the network tab in your browser’s developer tools if you want proof: no request carries your PDF.
- How large a file can I organize?
- Each file can be up to 200 MB. Processing happens in your browser and also depends on available memory. Large or complex files may be slow or exceed your device’s resources even below this limit.
- Can I use this on GDPR-relevant documents?
- Yes, in the sense that matters: the PDF is never transmitted, so no server-side processing, storage, or retention of personal data takes place anywhere.
- Does reordering pages change their content?
- No. Pages are copied into the new order exactly as they are — text, images, and formatting are untouched.
- Can I rotate just one page?
- Yes. Each page in the grid can be rotated individually in 90-degree steps, and deletions are per-page too.
- Can I organize pages from several PDFs together?
- Organize works with one PDF at a time. Combine your documents with Merge PDF first, then open the merged file here to reorder, rotate, or delete its pages.
- Is the original file modified?
- Never. You download a new PDF with your changes; the file you loaded stays untouched on your device.
